Key Responsibilities
In-Store Duties
- Greet and serve customers with a friendly attitude
- Scoop and serve ice cream, sundaes, and milkshakes
- Prepare waffle cones, toppings, and desserts
- Handle POS transactions accurately
- Restock supplies and maintain cleanliness of workstations
Event Duties
- Assist with setup/breakdown of off-site events
- Serve ice cream at events while ensuring a high-quality guest experience
- Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
- Adapt to different event environments with professionalism
✅ Minimum Qualifications
- Previous food service or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable with flexible hours (evenings, weekends, events)
- Physically able to stand for long periods and lift light equipment
- Reliable transportation required for off-site events
